Little Llama Kids Yoga:
If kids are our future, why not teach them the healthy benefits of yoga? Yoga improves concentration and focus, stimulates their imagination, and helps release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga.
Not just for grown-ups! Yoga helps increase confidence, concentration, body awareness, sleep patterns, ability to relax and intuition for teenagers. While moving in and out of poses, they connect their breath and mind becoming more aware of their ever-changing bodies. Teens are empowered to transform on the mat skills to off the mat success.
Kids + Teens Yoga:
Teens (ages 10+) are welcome in the public classes. Please inquire about other ages and private sessions.
